Just remember the upper people couldn't care less about you only if your running that's why they hire ex felons etc. If your brave and strong enough to deal with this, join for a bit and move on. I understand how many drivers are in the company but I've seen things in a couple years that you wouldn't believe. The support staff are always on huge power trips and are tools.
The headquarters is in Nashville and I'm pretty sure the CEO is surrounded by yes men. Try calling to get help with pay you will be waiting on the phone for 3 hours. The fact that they tell the drivers to review them on these job site tells you what you need to know. I can't go 1 week without two bad trailers, non directly forced into wasting part of 10 hour to wait for loads or fix something on off time forcing you to stay awake waiting or add the 3- 6 hours on top of waiting the 10 hour which will force you to not hit your mark for the week.
